Train was on time, not too crowded and quick.
- "Horrible experience" Suvojit h. 04/08/2015
It was a nightmare of a journey from Gare d'Lyon as we didnt have a print of the ticket and wanted to collect it from the ticket booth. With a long queue and nobody to help, we had to run around to get our ticket. Finally with no hope in sight and with 2 minutes for the train to depart, we decided to board without a print of the booked ticket. We managed to board 20 seconds before the doors closed. Thankfully, we had a wonderful ticket conductor who was patient to look for our tickets in his system. Journey wasn't bad though and the TGV delivered to its promise. Lesson learnt - get a print of your ticket.
- "Good Job" Marco Antonio d. 02/07/2015
Thank you, keep up the good work.
- "Lovely journey" Rajiv p. 30/06/2015
Did 500km in just under 4 hours. Comfortable seating, we were assigned seats in the centre of the coach, facing each other. Excellent restaurant, though it was a long walk from our coach no.18.

Everything was just great! We travelled around France and I had a choice: to rent a car or to use local trains. I have choosen to travel by train and we are absolutely satisfied with this decision. It was comfortable, convenient and in full accordance with the schedule.
- "smooth trip" Ramnath s. 17/09/2014
The first class coach was very comfortable. The journey was pleasant. Only problem - the toilet did not have water to wash hands.
- "Trip to Annecy" Norm m. 08/09/2014
Using the TGV was a wonderful experience with excellent on time departure and comfort amenities.
- "Annecy to Paris Gare Lyon" Niva k. 16/07/2014
Very comfortable, no issues faced on the trip. If you are travelling in duplex train, double check that you have the right class and coach. It can be a little confusing, otherwise you can always ask for help. As trip is 3.5 hours, there is a store onboard to buy snacks, drinks etc. You can always buy your food beforehand and bring onboard which I preferred. Make sure your luggage has locks as if you are not able to store them overhead then you store them in luggage storage areas in the coach which can be out of eyesight, best to be safe!
- "Trip from Annecy to Paris" Ali a. 04/07/2014

- "Paris-Chamonix Rapid Transfer" Hiren g. 08/05/2014
Best way to travel rapidly from Paris to Chamonix. TGV trains from Gare De Lyon at regular intervals during morning hours ensure you reach Annecy by afternoon. You can explore the main town for 4-5 hours and take onward train to Saint Gervais Les Bains La Fayat and then on to Chamonix
