I think the Euro star should be quite new and comfort. But the seat, and inside of train, is old. It's gives bad impression. And it becomes slow after land on England, at last, it's delay on arrival.

I was expecting a long train, but it's no big deal.

- "very comfort seats" Hao-ching c. 03/11/2015
It would be great if there is an instruction to tell us how and where to get the tickets, which i bought online before the trip.
- "Convenient, Comfortable, Cool" Bobby j. 03/11/2015
We had no difficulty booking the tickets from India. We misplaced one printout but having access to the booking reference we had no difficulty getting a ticket issued at the station. (Only do remember that such tickets need to be endorsed at the stands near the platform). The seats were comfortable. The berths for the night journey were okay. There is food available on the day trains at reasonable prices. Overall definitely recommended.

Unfortunately Wifi connection was bad. Compare to the bus the cost was too high
- "Bad Experience on my trip" . 01/11/2015
It was a very bad experience to take the train in Nord station from Brussels to Frankfurt, my first journey to Germany. All trains are cancelled without prior announcement. No email was received. We know that until we took the train to this station. The staff in Brussels didn't help much and lost in temper to explain what we could do. Finally, we had to go to Midi Station to take coach to Koln and took another train to Frankfurt. It took us more than 12 hours.
- "very comfortable journey" . 30/10/2015
the journey was very comfortable and on time. the only problem faced was that there was no facility to print my ticket at the station counter. so would request to have a print out facility for the ticket at the station as well. thanks

Lovely trip - much better than flying. Comfortable, no airport hassle, easier to get to and from train station than airport, pleasant knowledgeable helpful staff.

We stayed in IBIS , right next to MIDI station. reaching from London and then taking this train tow days later to Paris was so convenient.
