- "Very good" Guilherme m. 12/01/2014
I was treated really well during my trip and everything was really comfortable. We had service and availability from the crew at all times, also having wi-fi was a real plus. Will definitely doing this trip again.

It was a pity that France was not included as one of the countries where we could select when chossing the Eurail Select Pass. Regardless, we really enjoyed the convenience and comfortable mode of transportation within Europe. Will definitely be using this mode of transportation again when holidaying in Europe!

One of our best train rides as this was our first experience where the train was on the cruise ship while crossing from Germany to Denmark. Remarkable!

It convenience , on time
- "Excellent trip" Loloa i. 19/10/2013
I bought a first class ticket for my trip from Brussels to Cologne. The price was great and it was an excellent value. They offered food and drink, the seats were plush and comfortable and the train ride was smooth and relaxing.

The service is fine, but the train itself feels overcrowded, especially concerning the very small luggage space, which is always full and usually very far from the seat. Situated next to the exit, these luggage compartments do not feel secure at all. The price is not cheap, but it is a fast train, relatively comfortable. The sockets next to each seat are a very good feature, and the bar is not too expensive, offering surprisingly fresh croissants!
- "Train from Paris to Koeln " Mark e. 15/10/2013
This was a very comfortable train ride, and the service was excellent. Though a short ride (less than four hours), it seemed the attendants were constantly offering more snacks and drinks (included). Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Convenient and Comfort, Service in ticket office in main station are good. Searching the train timetable is very important to customer. Most of the customer need to go to information counter to check. Wasting time and there may have communication issue. I think the on line time table in ticket machine is very good. I think it is better to have some individual time table checking machine for guest in main station will be much more convienent to a new traveler for the city.
- "Old (Stary) Train" Nigel v. 10/09/2013
a tired old train that rattled me to the bones all night and the guard kept having loud conversations through the night with some complaining woman. Apart from this I understood I would get my own toilet shower for the price and the little croissant and water was no worth bothering a complimentary. if the updated this train it would have been more pleasure for the first class price did not reflect the comfort. After i caught up on my sleep on the Thalys train super smooth and great breakfast!
- "wonderful" Nigel v. 10/09/2013
This is what I am talking about a company that delivers great service and comfort. 1st class is wonderful a choice of free breakfast comfy reclining seats and free wi-fi. I slept most of the journey which was exceptional value for money. I actually wished I stayed on until Paris! Well done Thalys x
- "Paris-Koeln train" Markku s. 10/09/2013
The train was on time, and it was comfortable to travel by this train.
