- "Too expensive" Sze Hang t. 02/12/2013
The price is not synchronized with sncf , which is sometimes cheaper than booking here.
- "Belfort-Mulhouse-Paris" Edgar e. 21/10/2013
Good. Fast. On-time. But questions: 1) would it have been better in time and cost to go directly to Belfort TGV instead of Mulhouse. 2)Train was crowded with families. Wondered if we should have bought 1st class for more room. Will check next time.

There was no place to put my bags in, there was no numbers on chairs, the train itself was comfortable and quite smooth
- "Smooth trip" Brian s. 09/10/2013
A comfortable and swift trip on time.
- "Started badly" Brian s. 09/10/2013
Escalators not working at Gare Lyon made it very difficult with heavy luggage. Then the luggage space on the train was too small and a nightmare. Once seated there was plenty of comfort and a smooth trip.
- "Comfortable!" Akangsha r. 25/07/2013
I took an early morning train and really hoped for it to be on time, since I had a connecting train to Paris from Mulhouse, the train was comfortable and dot on time, but I did not found the Mulhouse station very convenient, like there were no elevators for luggage in sight to change platform with our heavy luggage, out Paris TGV platform no was wrongly displayed, so we kept waiting on the wrong platform, barely missed our train! But that's nothing to do with the Basel-Mulhouse train.
- "Feedback" . 08/07/2013
We found our journey very comfortable and enjoyed it however we thought as travelling first class we were to get refreshments served.
- "Enjoyable journey" Bhalchandra j. 01/07/2013
Recently travelled Europe with family. Trains were excellent and on time. One ticket checker was very funny and friendly. Only problem was getting the ticket printed at station. All other tickets were delivered in India but ticket for Paris to basel was to be printed at station (I don't know why , when money was paiid in India along with other tickets) we reacbed station at 750 am for 8 23 am train. Thinking we have to go to kiosk and get it printed. When we reached we had to go to the rail Europe office where around 25 persons were waiting for whatever reasons. My number was showing estimated wait time 22 minute that means 8.21 am. I approached staff for help. Initially he hesitated but afterwards went to one officer and got the tickets printed. Overall experience was good but trains are very expensive especially for Indians where trains are very cheap
- "Very satisfied" Serah k. 28/06/2013
I was very satisfied with my train trip on the 18th of June. The train was on time and in good cleanliness condition inside. I would travel on RailEurope again.
- "Basel to Mulhouse" Kanthi Sumedha j. 11/06/2013
The journey was good it took around 30 min. I can remember they told the exact time of arriving and so they did perfectly. Because I had to take another train to Gare Lyon within 30 min. Great service. Thank you
- "Platform announcement" Cheng c. 02/06/2013
The transfer was a little too long for us (about 3 hours). The platform number will only be announced 20 minutes before arrival, as a first timer , its quite a hustle, due to the many platform in a new environment.. We would appreciate that platform be indicated earlier on, or when upon bookings, it will helps a lot.

I travelled in the past by TGV many times. But this time the journey was boring. We travelled 1st class but no refreshments were given. With past experiences I had informed my group members that they will get meals on train
- "Pleasant jopurney" Vijay r. 20/05/2013
Everything worked out well.. right from the booking to the travel. The discount coupons provided by RailEurope helped me save over 60 euros in sight seeing. Overall the train journey was perfect.
- "Review" . 09/05/2013
Trip was very enjoyable, especially for a train buff like me who had not travelled on a high-speed train before.
- "My personal review" Noel j. 25/12/2012
I really enjoyed the services provided within the TGV SNCF, My only concerned was the price, it was very expensive to travel from Lyon to Mulhouse than Europe to Paris.
